In addition there is a two-storey building to store the tools/machines, 180m2 workshop with an area for machinery and warehouse also located within the golf course. Behind the golf club's secretary's office there is also a tennis/football pitch. The total area of the land estate is 85,000m2/two entrances from the main road with lighting.
The price includes the sale of the real estate and movable property in the current status. If interested, the new owner may also benefit from the authorizations obtained and widen the existing golf course into a regular 18-hole golf course and erect an additional 8000 cubic meter building (with an area of 3000m2, 40 apartments or 80 rooms) for use as Residence/Hotel.
