Stay in a luxury hotel

We have produced the guide below to give you a comprehensive overview of the viewing trip process which can be split into two key parts, part one being prior to actually coming out to Spain and part two being whilst you are actually here in Spain.

Part One - Prior to coming out to Spain

Stage 1

From the comfort of your own home or office, we will liaise with you by phone, email to ensure that we understand your own personal requirements in detail.

We will discuss at length what you are looking for from your property in Spain, your budget and any specific features you feel important.

Once we have narrowed down the choice of suitable properties we will then provide you with relevant information so that you can be 100% assured that you and the property style chosen best suits your personal ambitions.

Stage 2

We arrange flights and accommodation to best suit you. Some clients simply fly out for one night, others stay for two or three. Whatever your requirements, we can help. We will heavily subsidise your inspection trip by refunding to you the costs of your flights and accommodation up to 500 € upon purchasing a property through ourselves.

Part Two - When you are here in Spain

Stage 1

On arrival in Spain, one of our helpful, friendly and professional team will meet you at the airport in Murcia and transport you to your hotel.

Stage 2

Depending on your arrival time we will then either leave you to enjoy a restful evening at the hotel and meet the following morning or go out and start the viewing tour the same day, this is totally flexible so as to best fit in with your own preferences.

If we are starting the following morning we will meet you at around 9.30 a.m. at the Hotel and take you to view the area where we can review the chosen property or look at current availability, here we can also view architects models of the resorts and specific property types.

You will then be driven around to view the existing developments which will give you a great overview of the different stages of construction from the very beginning to final completion.

We will again meet at the hotel the following morning and show you around the local area of the beautiful Mucia region of Spain. This will include local towns and beaches to ensure that you are totally comfortable with where you are buying.

In the afternoon if required we can introduce you to an independent English speaking Spanish lawyer and also banks and furniture package companies.

We will then arrange to transfer you to the airport for your return flights home.

Once again we would stress that our viewing trips are totally personal and flexible, if there is something you specifically wish to see or do whilst you are here in Spain then we will do our utmost to arrange this for you, whether this is a round of golf or a visit to a furniture package store for example.
